Shochtech must receive notification or merchandise that is incorrect, defective or of any shortage or surplus in shipping within 2 business days, from the date of receipt.
Claims for items missing or damaged during delivery must be placed with the appropriate parcel service.
Any items to be returned to Shocktech MUST include a Return Authorization Number. Packages not including a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted, nor will ANY package being sent freight collect. Freight for defective items will be paid by the customer. Upon inspection, items deemed defective by Shocktech will be replaced or credit will be issued for the proper amount and necessary shipping charges. All returns must include the original Shocktech invoice number for the merchandise being returned.
Any shipments from Shocktech that are refused or returned for any reason what so ever, other than a warranty issue will incur a restocking fee of 20% of the gross sales price and necessary freight charges which will be applied to customer's account. Shipments being returned, must be received by us within 30 days of receipt of goods.
All sales on closeout or custom merchandise are considered to be a final sale and are not returnable to Shocktech.
